If you’re in the process of planning an event or celebration, then hopefully we here at Bloxwich Memorial Club can help you with a venue. Over the years we have provided facilities for a wide range of concert functions, private celebrations such as weddings, birthdays & christenings, sporting events and business / organisational meetings.

We have rooms for all types of events from the small business meeting involving a few attendees through to a large function room which caters for 300 people. Any of these events can also be supported by on site catering facilities if required.

So, whatever you have to organise, from a board meeting to a room for an engagement party, we will have a room to hire that will suit your needs.

For a good many years Bloxwich Memorial W.M Club has been firmly established in the town and we’re proud that our current and past members have helped form the community we live and trade in today.

The Management Committee want to ensure that we continue to play an important part in the future of the town and its people. We want to actively encourage and support local based activities in any way we can. So, to that end, if any organisation or individual thinks any part of our premises or facilities will enhance their current or future needs when please speak to us. We will always listen and if it’s possible to support your requirements, then we will do.

The First Floor Function room is available to use / hire by any person be they club members or not. However, as part of our licensing arrangements we do have to ensure that any party booking the room is aware of certain conditions which may be required at their event or function.

Large Function Room Hire Charges:
Deposit: £200.00
Hire Fee: £300.00

**We do not cater for 18th or 21st Birthdays and you are strongly urged to read the room hire contract before you commit to signing it**

The club will always discuss any issues or concerns arising and ensure that there are resolved and in a manner which suits all parties.
